Deep Cleanse is a holistic and sustainable approach to weight management and healing of the relationship to body and food without restrictions or diets. During 45-min weekly Zoom live coaching sessions over 4 weeks, you are gently and without judgement being guided to tapping in to your most optimal version of yourself - physically and energetically as well as finding out what the obstacles are to being what you desire. Your guides Alicia and Luisa shall guide you through various modalities in order to assist you in your transformational journey to your true self.
The guide serves as a mirror unto yourself. The guide will never judge you. The guide brings you back to you with love, compassion and attribute activation technology. We use transmission, sound healing, breath work, energetic attunments, movement and healing through the art of penning with our clients.
